Fill out your own website form on your phone. Time it. Then see how long until you know about it.

Why isn't my business phone ringing?
Often the calls are getting lost before they reach you. You're not on the map for your trade and town, your listing rings the wrong number, your voicemail doesn't say who you are, or your website form goes to an inbox nobody checks. The six tests show you which one it is.
What is a missed call text back?
It's a short text you send when you can't pick up, like "On a roof, I'll call you by 6." You can thumb it out by hand at your next break. Some phone systems can also send one automatically.
Do I need to pay for anything to run these tests?
No. All six run from your own phone. Most of the fixes are free too, like finishing your Google Business Profile or re-recording a voicemail greeting.
