I am Sam Harrington - founder of Tin Roof Digital. I grew up camping in Indiana, spent years in commercial sales and outdoor recreation, and started this because small businesses deserve better than being ignored by agencies that do not understand their world.

Every client I work with gets my direct attention. No account managers, no junior developers, no ticketing systems. Just me, doing the work, and being honest about what is working and what is not.

The name Tin Roof Digital comes from that feeling of a summer rainstorm on a tin roof at a campground. Simple, real, and something worth holding onto. That is the energy I bring to every client.

Background

How Tin Roof Digital came to be.

I spent years in commercial sales and outdoor recreation before starting Tin Roof Digital. During that time I kept seeing the same thing - great small businesses with loyal customers and real community roots that were completely invisible online.

Campground owners with decades of returning guests who could not be found on Google. Landscapers doing beautiful work but losing new business to competitors with better websites. Salon owners relying entirely on word of mouth while their Google profiles sat empty.

The agencies that could help them either did not understand the business or charged rates that only made sense for companies with marketing budgets in the tens of thousands. There was a gap and I decided to fill it.

Tin Roof Digital started with campgrounds because that is the world I know. My parents have had a seasonal site in Indiana my whole life. Golf carts after dark, fishing ponds, campfires with strangers who become regulars. I understand the rhythms of that business in a way that a generic agency never could.

From there the work expanded naturally to landscaping businesses, salons, contractors, and other local businesses that share the same problem - great at what they do, invisible online. That is what this business is built to fix.
