The process

No contracts to sign before you know what is broken.

Four steps from first email to work in progress. The first one is free and you can stop after it with nothing owed.

The process

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

1

Free Report Card

You send your website. Within 24 hours I send back a graded review across 12 areas: technical SEO, Google Business Profile, mobile performance, page speed, content, reviews, and conversion setup. It names the three problems costing you the most, in order. No call required to receive it.

2

Strategy call

Thirty minutes, with me, not a closer. We go through the Report Card, I ask what your best customers actually look like and where the leads come from today, and we work out whether marketing is even your bottleneck. Sometimes it is not, and I will tell you.

3

Written scope and price

You get a document that lists what gets built, what happens each month, who does it, what it costs, and what is explicitly not included. Fixed price, agreed before anything starts. If it is wrong, we change it before you sign.

4

Build and run

Work begins on a schedule you can see. You get a monthly report in plain English covering what was done, what it produced, and what is next. Direct line to me the whole way through.

Inside the Report Card

Twelve checks, one grade, three priorities.

This is the same review process used on every prospective client. It is manual, not an automated scan with a logo dropped on it.

AreaWhat we checkWhy it costs you money
Google Business ProfileCategories, services, hours, photos, posts, Q&AMost local buyers never scroll past the map pack
Map pack rankingWhere you sit for your core service in your townPosition three to position one is a large jump in calls
ReviewsCount, average, recency, and response rateBuyers compare you to the next result in seconds
NAP consistencyName, address, phone across major directoriesMismatches suppress local rankings quietly
Mobile experienceLayout, tap targets, click-to-call, forms on a real phoneMost of your traffic is on a phone
Page speedCore Web Vitals and load time on mobile dataSlow pages lose visitors before they read anything
Technical SEOTitles, headings, indexation, sitemap, crawl errorsPages that are not indexed cannot rank at all

Local contentCoverage of the towns and areas you actually serveSearch is local long before it is national
Conversion setupCalls to action, forms, tracking, follow-up pathTraffic without a conversion path is a rounding error

Common questions

Before you send anything.

Is the Report Card actually free?

Yes. No card, no call required, no obligation. You can take the findings to another provider or fix them yourself. Plenty of people do.

How fast do you turn it around?

Within 24 hours in almost every case. If something delays it, you get an email saying so.

What does this cost if I move forward?

It depends entirely on scope, which is why there is no rate card on this site. A single-location service business and a manufacturer with a full product catalog are different jobs. You get a fixed written price after the strategy call, before any commitment.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Build work is scoped and priced as a project. Ongoing work is month to month unless you specifically want a longer term.

Do you work with businesses outside Michigan and Indiana?

Most clients are in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, and local work is easier when we know the market. Remote work outside that footprint is fine when the fit is right.

Can you guarantee page one?

No, and anyone who does is either guessing or lying. What is guaranteed is the work in the scope, the reporting, and an honest read on whether the investment makes sense for your business.

Step one takes thirty seconds.

Send your website address. You will have a graded Report Card back within 24 hours.
