What we do

Five things, done properly, for small businesses.

Most agencies sell you everything and execute none of it well. We do five things: build websites that convert, get you found in local search, protect your reputation, run paid ads that pay for themselves, and make sure AI assistants know you exist. Nothing else.

Websites

A website that does a job, not one that just sits there.

Your website has one purpose: turn a visitor into a phone call, a form fill, or an order. We build on Shopify or custom, and every decision gets made against that one test.

  • Full build or rebuild, mobile first, tested on real phones
  • Page speed and Core Web Vitals work, because slow pages lose customers
  • Clear calls to action, click-to-call, and forms that actually send
  • Service and location pages structured for search, not just for looks
  • Ecommerce: product content, collections, checkout, and merchandising
  • Ongoing edits and maintenance, so the site does not go stale in month three

Local search and Google Business Profile

Show up when someone nearby is ready to buy.

Most local buying decisions start in the map pack, not on page one of blue links. If your profile is thin, miscategorised, or missing photos, you lose to a competitor with a worse business and a better listing.

Profile build and cleanup

Categories, services, hours, service areas, attributes, photos, and posts. Everything Google uses to decide whether you belong in the top three.

Citations and NAP consistency

Your name, address, and phone matched across the directories that matter. Mismatches are one of the quietest ranking killers there is.

Local pages and schema

Real pages for the towns you serve, with local proof and structured data, not thin copies with the city name swapped out.

Reviews and reputation

Reviews are the price of entry now.

Buyers compare you to the next result in about ten seconds. Star count and recency decide most of that. We put a system in place so asking for reviews is not something you have to remember.

  • Automated review requests after a job closes
  • Response templates for the good ones and the bad ones
  • Monitoring across Google, Facebook, and industry sites
  • Turning your best reviews into website and social proof

Paid advertising

Spend that has to earn its place.

We do not run ads to spend a budget. We run them when there is a measurable return and we stop when there is not. If your site cannot convert traffic yet, we fix that first and tell you to hold the ad money.

Google Search and Local Services

Capture people already searching for what you sell. Tight keyword sets, negative lists, and call tracking so you know which clicks became jobs.

Meta and retargeting

Reach the people who visited and left. Creative built for your category, refreshed before it burns out.

Tracking and reporting

Conversion tracking set up correctly, then a monthly report in plain English: what was spent, what came in, what we are changing.

AI search visibility

People are asking ChatGPT for a contractor now.

A growing share of searches never reach a results page. The answer gets written for the user. If your business is not clearly described in the sources those models read, you are not in the answer.

What we do

  • Structured data so machines can read your services, areas, and hours
  • Question-shaped content that matches how people actually ask
  • Entity consistency across your site, profile, and third-party listings
  • Tracking mentions across AI assistants and answer engines

What we will not claim

Nobody can guarantee placement in an AI answer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. What we can do is make sure the underlying signals are correct, current, and consistent, which is the part that is actually within your control.

Pricing

Scope first. Price second.

We do not publish a rate card, because a five-page site for a fence installer and a full Shopify rebuild for a manufacturer are not the same job. Every engagement starts with a free Report Card, then a written scope with a fixed price before anything begins. No retainer traps, no surprise line items.

1

Free Report Card

A graded review of your site and search presence. Costs nothing, no commitment.

2

Written scope

Exactly what gets built, what is included monthly, and the price. In writing.

3

You decide

Take it, change it, or walk. No pressure and no follow-up campaign.

Start with the Report Card.

Send your website. Within 24 hours you get a graded review across 12 areas, with the three fixes that would move the needle first. Free, and no pitch attached.

Service areas

The same five services, run market by market.

Local search does not behave the same way in Detroit as it does in Three Rivers. Competition, review volume, and the way people phrase what they need all shift. These pages cover what changes and what does not.
